Dr. N.K. Gupta is graduate from All India Institute of Medical Sciences. After his graduation in 1981, he pursued his postgraduate degree in ophthalmology at Dr R.P Centre Institute of Ophthalmology, AIIMS Delhi. He continued to serve at AIIMS and was trained in Strabismus and Retina for three years.
Later he decided to come in practice and started Enkay Eye Centre at Delhi Cantonment in year 1990. Since then he has been in private practice till date and has extended his practice at Janakpuri and Dwarka, New Delhi.
In addition to his clinical experience and dedication towards his patients, he has to his credit various articles published in health columns of Navbharat Times, Hindustan Times, and Times of India.
He has been active member of Indian Medical Association Janakpuri and was awarded for publication of News Bulletin Vision at State level. He has been awarded Best Secretary of the branch at DMA by the then Home Minister Mr. L. K. Advani ji.
He has been an active social worker and served public by his contributions of doing free eye camps and surgeries through his involvement at Lions Club and Rotary Club. He is still active at Rotary Club and has organized seminar and lectures on Eye health at District level.
